Your
innkeepers, Stuart and Ilene Berman, promise to make your
AZ family friendly vacation getaway one to remember! Stuart
and Ilene took over the inn in September 2000. They owned
and operated the Sorrel River Ranch Resort in Moab Utah
on the Colorado River in the red rocks. Originally from
Southern California they owned and operated a Real Estate
Development Company building luxury homes in Malibu and
the San Fernando Valley of Southern California for 20 years.
Stuart and Ilene have had many years of experience entertaining
guests in their home as their home was used in over 100
movies and commercials and is regularly seen in movies playing
on HBO and the other movie channels. Hospitality is a way
of life and is evident throughout the Arizona family-friendly
Adobe Village Graham Inn. Travel to Sedona and make this

and Cancellation Policy |

EMERGENCY
TRAVEL CANCELLATION - You do not lose your money - you get
a gift certificate for the value of your reservation which
is fully transferable but may be restricted as dates and duration.(Emergency
must be national event or personal emergency verified by documentation,
subject to approval of management) |

Travel
reservations may be held for a limited time and under certain
restrictions, pending receipt of check subject to approval
of management. |

Generally,
allow for two night minimum on weekends and three night minimum
on holidays. |

Cancellations
require 15 days notice prior to arrival date. If booking is
for more than two rooms or for more than 5 days, cancellations
require 30 days notice prior to arrival. If cancellation is
made prior to the required time the charged amount will be
refunded, less a $25.00 per room cancellation fee. If cancellation
is within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days, of arrival date you
will be obligated for the room, but we will make every effort
to re-rent it. If we are able to re-rent the room you will
be credited for the amount the room is re-rented for less
a $25 cancellation fee. If a reservation is at a special rate
and is designated as run of the house it must be paid in full
at time of reservation an is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

of the total charges will be charged to your charge card on
the day of your booking and the balance will be charged to
your charge card 15 or if applicable 30 days prior to your
arrival. If it is a one night booking 100% of the room charge
will be charged to your charge card at the time of the booking.
If the booking is made within 15 or, if applicable, 30 days
prior to you arrival date, 100% of the room charge will be
charged to your charge card at the time of the booking. |
