4. Dinners will be served at Adobe Grand Villas and not at Adobe Village Graham Inn and if booking is for room at Adobe Village Graham Inn Amenities may differ. Amenities described are for Adobe Grand Villas.

7. Additional nights in Room or Villa at rate assigned to that room or Villa at the time of stay if extended or at time of booking if added at time of booking.
8. Spa and Chef Dinner services require 48 hr notice to change and are not cancelable within 15 days of your arrival. If you fail to keep your appointment for Spa or Chef Dinner services without 48hr notice there will be no refunds. Cancellation of packages requires 15 day notice and are subject to a $50 cancellation fee. If cancellation is within 15 day of your arrival your are responsible for the package. If you think there is some reason why your may have to cancel please purchase trip cancellation insurance.
