breakfast establishment, Chef Michael Merilli brings
to the Adobe Grand his culinary talents from years
of experience at such distinguished New Orleans
establishments as, Mr. B’s, under chef Gerard Maras;
Bistro at Maison de Ville with the late John Neal;
and later at Peristyle, where Michael learned his
profession. As owner and Executive Chef of
Gauthier Market Café, Michael Merilli became
well known for his “forthright expression in preparations”
that were “creative yet not wildly unconventional.”
